The plan itself is pretty good, a solid starting point for someone looking to build an east-facing house. I liked the layout of the rooms and the overall flow. However, I found the kitchen placement a bit awkward, and I think the master bedroom could use a larger closet. Some minor adjustments would be necessary to really make it perfect for my needs. The diagrams were clear enough, though I would have appreciated a few more detailed views. Overall, it's a functional plan that with a little modification could be really excellent.
