The plans were usable, and I was able to build from them. However, some dimensions were slightly off, requiring adjustments on site. The elevations were clear enough, but lacked detail in certain areas. I had to add some annotations myself to clarify things for the builders. Overall, it saved me some time on the initial design phase, but I wouldn't call them perfect. A few more revisions and clarification would make them much better.

These drawings were incredibly detailed and easy to understand. I'm a contractor, and I've used countless house plans over the years. These are definitely among the best I've worked with. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. The plans are incredibly detailed and provided everything I needed to start the project. There were a few minor discrepancies initially, but the seller was responsive and provided corrected versions quickly. A couple of dimensions needed slight adjustments, but nothing major that couldn't be easily solved. The quality of the drawings themselves is excellent, and they've been invaluable in the planning stages. I would recommend them to others, bearing in mind that minor tweaks may be necessary.
