The plan itself is well-designed and offers a good layout for a duplex. I particularly liked the inclusion of the courtyard and the way the bedrooms are positioned for privacy. The instructions were clear enough to follow, although some diagrams could have been more detailed. I had a bit of trouble understanding the specifications for the foundation, and there were a few minor inconsistencies in the measurements which required some recalculation. Overall, it's a solid plan, but a bit of extra attention to detail in the documentation would have been appreciated.
