This was a helpful starting point for designing our single-story home. The floor plan is quite functional and the east-facing design is exactly what we were looking for. However, the dimensions could use some refinement, and I found myself needing to make several adjustments to fit our specific needs and lot size. Some of the room sizes felt a little cramped, and the placement of a few key features, like the kitchen and bathroom, needed repositioning. It's definitely not a completely ready-to-build plan, but a solid foundation to work from if you're comfortable making modifications. Overall, it saved us time and provided a good framework, but expect to spend extra time customizing it.
