I downloaded this plan hoping to get a good starting point for my own build, and overall it did the job. The layout is functional and the east-facing aspect is well considered. The diagrams are clear enough, though I did find myself needing to clarify a few details with an architect friend. A few dimensions seem slightly off, requiring minor adjustments. For the price, it's a decent resource, saving me a fair amount of time and effort compared to starting from scratch. Just be prepared to do some further work to ensure everything is perfect.
